Angel Bees
We look for sewers to help create small quilts for the children. We work on projects such as making a children’s quilt for each of the names on our Angel Tree for the Salvation Army at Christmas time. We have several other children projects as we find the need.
Our group meets on the third Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Fellowship Hall.

“Drift” and “Anchored” are two words that describe King Solomon’s life. Come learn what anchored Solomon and what caused him to drift from the Lord. Our Biblical Bible Study of the life and writings of Solomon will meet here at Desert Palms on Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., beginning on September 24 and going through mid-April. Living the Lessons meets on Mondays at 2:00 p.m. in Room A
Pastor Jim's Bible Study will resume on Mondays beginning September 14 at 10:30 a.m. in the Desert Palms Conference Room and 12:30 p.m. at Grandview Terrace in the Third Floor Conference Room. There will also be a third Bible study, time and location to be announced soon.
The Book of the Month Ministry encourages us to grow through the joy of reading. Each month, a selected book offers opportunities for reflection, discussion, and fellowship as we explore meaningful themes, discover new perspectives, and connect with one another.
