Meditation New Session begins

Monday, November 5 – December 10 at 12 - 1 p.m.

Explore the practice of mindfulness, meditation and opening ourselves to the presence of God. The classes will help participants to understand and practice mindfulness to support one’s sleep pattern. The sleep meditation practice is based on the practice of yoga Nidra. We will learn a nine point practice that will help you fall asleep or return to sleep after awakening in the night.

Bring a Yoga mat if you choose or sit on a chair to experience this one hour that is a gift to yourself of quiet and peace.  If you have questions, call Mary, Faith Community Nurse.
