Fitness Fun (Exercise Class)

We host two classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday! 8 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. in Fellowship Hall

 Instructor: Coleen Burke, Fitness Instructor (Fee: Donations accepted)

Regardless of your health and physical abilities, older adults can enhance their mind, body and spirit by staying active. Join us for a fun morning of fellowship and movement.  You can participate at the level that works for you. Donations accepted.

GRIEF GROUP—led by Associate Pastor Linda Bailey meets on Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Conference Room. If you or someone you know has had a loss, you are welcome to join this group. This group is open to both men and women. If you have questions, please call the Church Office at 623-584-4602..

BEADING--Are you a beader? Would you like to learn? Join us!  We meet Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., in Room B.  For more information or if you have any questions please call Roberta or you can call the Church Office. Please note that the beading group will be taking a reak for the summer beginning in May. See you all in the fall!!!

PRAYER GROUP—meets on Wednesdays at 11:30 a.m. in the Care Ministries Office. We pray for those in the hospital, care centers and at home. We take special requests for prayer. Call the Church Office for information (584-4602)

Mindfulness, Meditation and More….  a Path to Wholeness

 

Plan to join this class for one or all the remaining classes. The participants share that learning these techniques to quiet their mind, body and spirit have been very helpful.

October 29: Singing Bowl Meditation
