WOMEN GOLFERS

Enthusiasm and friendliness required, golfing talent optional. Teams are forming, please apply NOW for the 2010-2011 season.

The Women’s Golf Group plays on Fridays from November through April at the three Executive Courses of Sun City West. There are two golfing groups, one for eighteen holes and one for nine holes. Substitutes are always needed and welcome to fill in vacancies. Tee times are usually in the mid morning. 

We are primarily a social group interested more in fellowship than in competitive golf. To spice up the action we have planned some fun games and events and will be earning points for attendance, chip-ins, birdies, low putts, and low gross for the day. Subs earn points for whomever they are replacing. Several fun social events are also planned during the season.

If you meet the above requirements, you are cordially invited to join us. Plans for the 2010-2011 golfing season are now underway. To secure your spot in the line-up, please stop by the golf table in Fellowship Hall on Sunday morning or call Marilyn Hirtle.
