EXERCISE SESSION every Monday and Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall. These sessions are for the able, the not-so-able, and anyone who is looking for fun and fellowship. The sessions focus on increasing flexibility, gaining balance, and maintaining strength.
